She has over 20 years’ experience of leading various global organizations as well as change efforts that delivered improvements valued in the tens of millions of dollars. She holds an MBA from Belmont University and a BS in psychology and business from Vanderbilt University and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Taylor is a charismatic, energetic, and engaging leader, native to the Tampa Bay Area. Under her tenure, National MEP firm, Power Design, won the Gold Innovations in Technology award and the Constructech Vision Award. She has worked with notable leaders in a variety of industries including technology, construction, healthcare, non-profit, product, and education for over a decade. Taylor was individually named Emerging Leader of the year by the TBBJ, Top Women in Construction Technology by Constructech Magazine, and a running candidate for Woman of the Year in support of the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.
Innovative Strategic Executive with a career that spans over 25 years building software solutions and streamlining business operations on a global scale. She is ITIL and Six Sigma Certified with clientele ranging from corporate 500s to start-ups. Her past corporate experience includes Nielsen, COX, New Market International, Arizona Public
Service, Motorola, American Express, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield. She has lived and studied in South America and Europe.
Robyn also is the program author and chair of the award-winning Next Generation Tech (NGT) program. Recently she started a non-profit to take her NGT program to the next level allowing all communities across the country to prepare their youth to be the future creators and leaders.
